Jack Twilley

Jack successfully defended his master’s thesis at Oregon State University last August on the influence of fermentation temperatures and nutrient addition schedules on the sensory and chemical characteristics of traditional honey wine. He has been making mead as an amateur for most of the past thirty years, winning the occasional competition ribbon here and there. Jack and his wife Chrystal plan to open their own meadery after they recover from grad school.
