Jason Woodside

I have been making mead for a little over 2 years, cooking professionally for over 10 years, and currently run the food program as the head chef at one of Denver’s top breweries. My job regularly has me pairing food and beer, my experience specifically in pairing is how I secured this job. My mead pairing is as of now limited to home cooking, but that doesn’t make my knowledge in the subject any less applicable. As a brewery employee I know all about the relationships with external vendors and food trucks.
