The MeadCon Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual MeadCon conference.
There will be no penalty for attendee registration cancellations received on or before the date 90 days prior to the first day of the conference.
The the full amount paid minus a $75 fee will be refunded. Regardless of previous payment method, refunds will be issued via Eventbrite, check or Paypal no sooner than 10 days after the registration was done (to allow time for payments to clear).
Conference registration cancellation may be requested by filling out the form below.
The following fees will apply:
- If registration is cancelled on or before November 1, it is refundable but subject to a $75 administrative fee.
- A cancellation fee of 25% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 30 to 89 days before the annual conference.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 15 to 29 days before the annual conference.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 15 days before the first day of the annual conference. Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency only will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or using the form below to the conference registrar (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please submit cancellations and expect confirmation within two business days.
AMMA MeadCon is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, venue property conditions, prepaid parking, prepaid tours, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations. The final decision on refunds rests with the AMMA MeadCon organizers.
